Benchmark Office Systems specializes in B2B copy and print machine sales, maintenance and custom in-house print/copy services. While business was strong, they were looking for additional ways to increase client acquisition and sales.
Brand Research
We started off by helping them research why their customers were so drawn to their company. By figuring out what customers love about them, we could figure out what our core message would be to attract new customers.
Brand House
Based on the research, we created a brand house to streamline the brand and messaging. This resulted in an articulation of their brand purpose:
“Helping local businesses exceed their benchmark of success”
Email Campaign
We then build out an email campaign based on the concept that there is #NoProofNeeded. In the professional printing world, there is always a print proof before you do a final run, so with this concept the customer will have full trust in Benchmark Office Systems, knowing that there is no proof needed.
